Stirling is a historic town, and Scotland’s newest city. With a good range of bed and breakfast and guesthouse accommodation to choose from you can settle in to enjoy the superb location with the mountains, forests and rivers of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park right on the doorstep. Stirling has played an important part in Scottish history and there is much to see including the magnificent Stirling Castle and the Church of the Holy Rude. The Old Town has some great B&Bs to stay in, and some lovely old buildings to admire. With fantastic shopping, theatre, cinema, galleries and museums it’s a city not to be missed.
