Promote your Bed and Breakfast

The old market town of St Austell is one of the biggest in Cornwall with a history in mining and from the 18th century the china clay industry was hugely important here. From your B&B or guesthouse, you can see the mounds of the ‘Cornish Alps’ – the remaining spoils from the clay pits, and you can also enjoy the local produce of the St Austell brewery or take a tour. Once you’ve settled in to your bed and breakfast accommodation it’s worth visiting the Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum as well as the superb nearby Eden Project. St Austell is also situated close to some of the loveliest beaches in Cornwall including Duporth and Porthpean and has easy access to many scenic coastal walks.
