Padstow is a charming town with narrow winding streets and a scenic harbour on the Camel Estuary. A popular spot due to the Rick Stein Seafood Restaurant, it’s a good idea to book your bed and breakfast or guesthouse accommodation early! It is also famous for the ancient Obby Oss Spring celebration – one of the oldest pagan customs in England – as well as fishing boats, yachts and many opportunities to taste the delights of the local catch. A stroll from your B&B and you can see the National Lobster Hatchery with young lobsters getting ready for release. You can also enjoy the beautiful local beaches of St Georges Well and Tregirls, walk along the cliff tops and enjoy beautiful sea views or take a speedboat trip or cruise.
