The unique town of Newmarket is world-famous as the home of horse racing. There is an excellent selection of guesthouse and bed and breakfast accommodation and the two racecourses host regular race meetings and events. The Jockey Club, National Stud and National Horse Racing Museum are all based here so you can step out from your B&B and immerse yourself in the world of horse racing. Newmarket also has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and easy access to Ely, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds.
