Within the 70 acre estate there stands a medley of beautifully restored and stylishly decorated buildings and leisure facilities that include a 6 hole golf course tennis courts croquet private beach outdoor swimming pool woodlands and landscaped gardens giving the hotel an magnificent beach and country club air. The hotel's inspirational location nestled atop a small valley overlooking the sea and beautiful scenery will make it truly a holiday to remember.all bedrooms are individually styled and furnished in keeping with their surroundings providing a true haven of tranquillity. Classic double rooms offer king-sized beds comfortable linen and all modern facilities guests would expect from a hotel of this calibre.

Principal rooms are more spacious than standard rooms and all have unique original features stylish bathrooms and offer exquisite views over the extensive grounds. Family room offer a separate sleeping area for the children or families can be accommodated in adjacent rooms in their own private corridor.the island room restaurant offers fine dining in the most elegant surroundings. In addition to the a la carte menu there is a six course tasting menu. The menus change with the availability of seasonal produce and the head chef creates daily specials to extend the choice. For the summer there are views over the grounds to the sea and in winter warmth and intimacy are enhanced by the wood fire with its delightful chimney piece.

The glorious regency dining room has murals of local views copied from brannon prints and gilded plaster and paint work. It was decorated in 1810 by the crace brothers who had recently completed the prince regent's spectacular brighton pavilion. For a less formal but stylish dining experience guests can enjoy the priory oyster bar and grill which specialises in seafood. It is warmly decorated with modern paintings of racing yachts purchased from the kendall gallery. Teak floors and tables extend out through french doors onto the terrace. Surrounded by a glass screen guests have panoramic views of the orchard grounds and woods to the sea.

Take the first left after the lights (signposted all through traffic') b3330 argyll street. Follow this road for just over a mile until you reach a t-junction onto the a3055. At the next mini-roundabout take the first left signposted puckpool pondwell and seaview (b3330). Stay on this road for 2.6 miles through nettlestone ignore the signposts to seaview. After nettlestone as you come down a hill the road takes a sharp turn to the right. At this point take a left into the entrance for the priory bay hotel..
