Bootham terrace is a beautiful early victorian grade 2 listed terrace, only 5 minutes walk from York city centre and all the attractions it has to offer.

Our five double and three single rooms are all en-suite. Non are overlooked and all have been thoughtfully planned and furnished. There is everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing stay with us including central heating, a selection of hot drinks, biscuits, TV, clock radio, hairdryer, ironing facilities etc. We are all non smoking and guarantee car parking.

We have a comfortable guest lounge with a fine original marble fire place, leading to the dining room where a good choice of breakfast is served each morning. We do not serve an evening dinner, but within 2 minutes walk there are good places to eat and of course within 5 minutes you are in the centre where you can eat food from around the world.
