A rare chance for a bed and breakfast break in an authentic old Manor House in Surrey's open countryside.
Bed and Breakfast Description
This BnB is a listed Tudor and Jacobean Manor house, set in a large garden and surrounded by 400 acres of farmland. It is located 3 miles west of Guildford and offers country style bed & breakfast accommodation and a venue for wedding receptions. The Manor Livery also holds horse shows throughout the year, details for which can be requested from the owner.



Local Attractions
Surrey has long been important to English Kings and before the Norman invasion Anglo-Saxon Kings were crowned at Kingston-upon-Thames. A little further down the river King John signed the Magna Carta at Runnymede (a memorial is now erected there) and at Hampton Court Palace Henry VIII used the Thames to his full advantage. Although Surrey is small and has 'lost' lots of territory to London, it still retains much unspoilt countryside and a true rural feel.

Take the A3 to Guildford.
Take the exit to the town centre and follow signs to A323 Aldershot.
Continue for approximately 3 miles to the black and white roundabout.
The Manor is signposted 400 yards on the left.

From M3 (junction 3)

Follow the A322 towards Guildford.
In Worplesdon turn right at the roundabout after the White Lyon pub.
At the bottom of the hill turn right at the black and white roundabout.
The Manor is signposted 400 yards on the left.
