Luxury country bed and breakfast overlooking Talland Bay, between Looe and Polperro, Cornwall.

Bed and Breakfast Description

This is a spacious family house built in the late 1930s. It is set in its own extensive and peaceful gardens which provide breathtaking views over the wild and romantic remoteness of Talland Bay.

Just a few minutes drive - or an exhilarating cliff top walk - from the bustling tourist and fishing centres of Polperro and Looe, Talland offers tourists a glimpse of Cornwall that is both timeless in its beauty and yet which remains, even in the height of the summer months, quite tranquil.

Local Attractions
Cornwall has an incredible array of things to do and see which will appeal to all ages.

From castles to country houses, from maritime history & steam trains to exotic gardens, real farms, animals, colourful birds & fish.

The north coast offers rugged scenery and wild surfing beaches strewn with black rocks. The more sheltered south coast is famous for its golden sands and crystal clear waters.
 

B&B Location
Either follow the A30 down the peninsular from Exeter and turn off south at Bodmin, heading for Liskeard and on the A38.

Or take the southerly route along the A38 through Plymouth, crossing the Tamar bridge to enter Cornwall.

From the A38 there several pretty cross-country routes to the coast at Looe.

Upon arriving in Looe, follow the road bridge over the river in the direction of Polperro. Ignore the first turning to Talland which is on the left after about one mile. After a further mile or so turn left at a crossroads indicating Talland. Continue down a narrow lane for one more mile until the cream coloured gateway to the BnB appears directly in front of you on a sharp bend in the road.
