The BnB is the major portion of a large country house, built around the 1840's and set in in its own peaceful grounds. Valerie and Chris Johns invite you to share their home in an atmoshere of tranquility and generous hospitality.

Whether you are going on holiday or on business, this guesthouse provides you with luxurious accomodation, a warm & friendly atmosphere and picturesque surroudings. You are free to relax and stroll the grounds, or venture off to the local public house for a quick bite and a refreshing drink.

It is close to Crawley Down - a peaceful village in the heart of Sussex. Its access to major towns, cities, motorways and airports makes the House a perfect place to stay with its ease of reach but yet peaceful and tranquil surroundings.

· From the M23 take exit 10 and follow the A264 towards East Grinstead.

· At the second roundabout, take the 3rd exit (right) onto the Turners Hill Rd, B2028.

Take the 1st left into Sandy Lane and at the end turn left. Follow the road until passing the 40mph signs and then take the second brick-walled gravel driveway on the right.
Continue to main house, stop and exit vehicle.
