Bed and Breakfast Description

This pretty Victorian Rectory was built in 1847 from soft-toned brick with unusual arched windows. It settles back quietly into the nine acres of paddocks and gardens which surround it.

A quiet rural oasis, it is situated in the picturesque Waveney valley, on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk in an ideal position for days out explring the nearby Norfolk Broads, the historical City of Norwich and the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

The owners make a point of sourcing all their food locally wherever possible and make their own bread and jam. Their bees supply the lime honey for breakfast.
