The Manor is set in 37 acres with 1/2 mile of river frontage, glorious gardens with a trout lake and wonderful views and walks.

The manor is centrally positioned between Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Campden in the perfect situation for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon, Broadway, or the lovely gardens at Hidcote, and touring in the Cotswolds

Local Attractions
The many Cotswold towns and villages such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Burford, Broadway, Upper & Lower Swell, Upper & Lower Slaughter, Chipping Campden, Bourton-on-the-Water and Cheltenham Spa are within a 25 minute drive.

Warwick Castle, Sudeley Castle and Gardens and Blenheim Palace are all within 30 minutes drive.
 

Location
From London take the M40 west (towards Oxford) to junction 8 signposted to Oxford. From Oxford take the A44 to Woodstock, Chipping Norton to
Moreton-in-Marsh.

In Moreton-in-Marsh take the A429 (Fosse Way) north for 3 1/2 miles then turn left to Aston Magna. At first building in Aston Magna turn right to Paxford. The Manor is 3/4 mile on right down 1/2 mile drive.

Nearest Railway Station: Moreton-in-Marsh  (4  Miles)
