We accept payment in cash. Our establishment is fitted with central heating throughout. Hairdryers are available in rooms or on request. Internet access available in rooms or residents lounge. We're sorry, we do not accept pets. We have on-site parking.
We accept PayPal. There are scenic walks in the surrounding area. Smoking is not permitted in the establishment. We accept Sterling Cheques. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities.

Bed and Breakfast Description

 

With beautiful views overlooking the Derwent Valley, Cliffside House is an ideal location for exploring Derbyshire whether your interest lie in the historic buildings of the county, walking or cycling the Peak District, or just relaxing in the beautiful countryside.

If you are visiting the Tramway Village then we are a short walk away.

The 'Studio' is a fully equipped single room apartment with seperate shower room and facilities. We provide a king size double bed. A sofa bed is available at a small additional charge to cover cost.

A continental breakfast or a self cook breakfast pack is provided when breakfast is booked. Bring your own is fine, just book the 'Room Only' option.

We regret that the site is unsuitable for mobile children under 12 years and the apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs and may be unsuited to persons with mobility difficulties.

We do not allow pets other than guide dogs.

Strictly No Smoking in buildings or the woodland.

- Matlock, Bakewell Wirksworth, Alfreton and Belper are nearby for Banks, Café's, Restaurants, and general shopping and further afield the Cities of Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield are easily reached.
