Lamp Post Villa is an elegant Victorian Townhouse offering ensuite B&B accommodation in the beautiful city of Bath.

Located just a few minutes walk from the city centre, we cater for tourists and business people alike and aim to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The friendliest B&B in Bath, serving the best breakfast in the City. Just 10 minutes walk from the bus station and likewise 10 minutes from Bath Spa train station.

Situated just a few minutes flat walk into the city centre, with the Royal Crescent and Royal Victoria park directly behind us. Unlike most city centre guest houses in Bath, Lamp Post Villa offers car parking for all our guests, saving you the worry and expense of parking your car on the street or finding a public car park. Buses run regularly directly outside of Lamp Post Villa.

We can organise Bicyle Hire on booking request; Bath has some of the best cyle paths and off road routes with the most stunning countryside in the UK.

All rooms are ensuite and decorated to a high standard. The beds have very comfortable orthopeadic matresses ensuring a good nights sleep. Free Wi-Fi broadband for guests who bring their laptops. Tea and coffee facilities in all rooms.

Bath has numerous museums, theatres and cinemas, a comedy store, restuarants ranging from the finest english, french, italian, indian thai, and mediteranean dining, to good pub grub, cafes's and bistros. Year round events add to the excitement and grandeur of this magnificent city. The river Avon runs through Bath offering scenic trips from Pulteney Bridge. The Avon and Kennet Canal is also a popular attraction offering river boat trips and holiday breaks.

From the centre of Bath, head towards Bristol on the A367. Proceed along Charles Street and Chapel Row, turning left when you reach Queens Square. Take the next left into Charlotte Street and proceed down the hill into the A4 Upper Bristol Road. Continue for approximately 400 yards, and Lamp Post Villa is on your right, just before a right turn into Marlborough Street. Once you arrive, we will direct you to our guest parking.
