Our beautiful warm and friendly home is an eighteenth century, stone built farmhouse which has been tastefully extended and now offers exclusive luxury Bed and Breakfast accomodation in the form of a large ensuite room with french doors, a private balcony with table and chairs and incredible far reaching views of the gardens and local countryside, extending all the way to Dartmoor,on a clear day.
The room has a kingsize wrought iron bed and the ensuite facilities include a double shower. It also has a cosy sofa, a large flat screen TV, Sky TV, DVD player and free wireless Broadband.
We offer a perfect break for couples who really just want to get away from it all, be it for a few days, a week or a fortnight. We are set in tranquil, rural surroundings yet just a short drive away from the very many attractions that South East Cornwall has to offer.
A hearty home cooked breakfast will be served to you each morning to set you up for a day of coastal walking, site seeing, golf, fishing or exploring.
We are perfectly located, being just 20 miles from Plymouth with it's historic Hoe, Barbican and many other attractions and just 2 miles from the A38 for very easy access to the rest of Cornwall.
We are 4 miles from the extremely pretty, historic fishing port of Looe with it's two rivers, woods, lovely beaches, speciality shops, Olde Worlde pubs and restaurants, some of which are undoubtedly among the best in Cornwall.
Seaton, Downderry, Polperro, Polruan and Fowey all of which are very worthy of exploring are just a short drive/ferry ride away and of course the unmissable Eden Project is only 20 miles away on the outskirts of St. Austell.
If you are looking for a little bit of luxury in peaceful and comfortable surroundings from which to explore Cornwall, Cutparrett Farm is the place for you.

The historic fishing ports of Looe and Polperro with their beautiful stretches of coastal path, pubs restaurants and speciality shops are a short drive away.(Looe 4 miles, Polperro 9 miles)
Beaches at Looe, Talland Bay, Seaton and Downderry are also just a short drive with the incredibly stunning Whitsand Bay just a little further away.
Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park is about a 30 minute drive and has free entrance to the gardens and parklands which over look Drakes Island and Plymouth. You can get the Cremyll Ferry from here to Plymouth and explore Plymouth on foot, also The Edgcumbe Arms is famous for it's Sunday Roasts.
On the way back from Mount Edgcumbe the twin, tiny coastal villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, both full of character are not to be missed.
The world famous and unmissable Eden Project is 20 miles away on the outskirts of St. Austell.
Plymouth is just 20 miles away with many attractions including the National Maritime Museum, Plymouth Gin Distillery, The Barbican, Plymouth Hoe, Aquarium, cinemas, theatres and much, much more.

| From M5 Exeter, take the A38 towards Plymouth, after passing Plymouth continue on A38 following the signs for Liskeard. At Trerulefoot roundabout again continue on A38 following signs for Liskeard. After approximately 3 miles take the left turning signed to Looe, the B3151 (opposite the Menheniot turning) follow the road to a small crossroads and turn left signed towards Looe, follow the road for approximately 1 mile (going past Tregastic Lane) we are the next turning AFTER Tregastic Lane on the left, our turn is immediately before a larger turning signed for Widegates, Seaton and Hessenford. We are down a small farm track with a little layby at the top of the lane, follow the lane for approximately one third of a mile and you reach the tiny hamlet of Cutparrett. We are the second property you will come to. Parking is at the side of the property by the tall wrought iron gate.
