Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Strand House is a newly renovated Bed and Breakfast situated on Padstow Harbour within easy walking distance of all the Restaurant's, Pubs, Shops and the Ferry to Rock.

We have 3 en suite Bedrooms - Bolitho -a King size bedroom with beautiful Bathroom, large lounge with French Doors leading onto a small Balcony and steps down onto the Quay, There is also use of the Kitchen.

The 2nd Bedroom - Huxley- is a delightful Kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower and WC. There are French Doors leading onto a sunny Balcony with Table, chairs and planted Pots. If you like Breakfast can be served here.

The 3rd Bedroom is - Trelawney - a light and airy Twin Bedded room with ensuite Shower and WC. All the Bedrooms overlook the Harbour and accross the Estuary to Rock.

Breakfast is served in the Lounge downstairs. The Menu includes a choice of Cereals, Fresh Fruit Salad, Full English, Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs, Local Honey Roast Ham and fresh Farmyard Eggs.

 

Padstow Attractions

 
Walking distance to Ricky Steins Restaurants. 12 miles away from Jamie Oliver's Reataurant at Watergate Bay. A short walk away from Prideaux Place, a stunningly beautiful Elizabethan Manor House surrounded by it's own Deer Parks.

There are many Beautiful Beaches some within walking distance, others like the famous "Fistral" surf beach just 17 miles away. Or just a ferry ride away from Rock where there is a Sailing and Water sking centre.

Strand House is very easy to find. Just follow the signs to the Harbour, drive past the Car parks on the Harbour front, past the Customs House Hotel on your left and where the road divides into two, take the left hand road and you have arrived in Strand Street. We are situated just at the top of the Road on the ight hand side.
