Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Coleshill Cottage Bed and Breakfast was originally built in 1648. The cottage is situated in rural Devon close to the Devon/Somerset border yet only a 10-15 minute drive from J27 of the M5 motorway and 6 miles from Tiverton.

We have two cottage style bedrooms, newly decorated and furnished. One being a large double with window seat and rural views along with hospitality tray and TV. The other double room is smaller also with a window seat, rural views and hospitality tray. This room is only let in conjunction with the larger room when the party consists of 3-4 persons. The private bathroom is fitted with a white Vicorian style suite and a large power shower cubicle.

Please note that both rooms are on the first floor of the cottage and only accessible by stairs. A strict no smoking policy is in place.

Guests will have use of the cottage lounge and breakfast will be served in the dining room. Evening meals can be provided at extra costs, however there are local country pubs that serve good value meals. Cyclists may store their bikes overnight in a secure garage.

 

Tiverton Attractions

 
Coleshill Cottage is an ideal location for walkers, cyclists, joggers, bird watchers or for an intimate getaway to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful break.

There are many places of interest to visit close by including National Trust properties, Grand Western Canal, a local vineyard and Bickleigh Mill. Exmoor and Dartmoor are easily accessible as are the beautiful beaches of both North and South Devon coasts.
