A warm and friendly welcome at this semi-rural Bed & Breakfast, centrally located and within easy reach of local resorts and attractions. In a beautiful setting overlooking Cornwall's wonderful countryside.

All rooms are en-suite and some separate from the main house giving you complete privacy.

All rooms have the following facilities:

~ Tea and coffee making facilities
~ Wireless Internet
and option of toaster and microwave.

From £20.00 per night per person. Off road parking.

Open all Year.

Great Flat Lode ~ Beautiful countryside surrounds this old disused mine works with stunning views and beautiful walks, www.themagicofcornwall.com

South Crothy Mine ~ Disused tin mine which was only closed down in March 1998. Then they opened it to the public for mine tours. Now there's talk of opening it up again as a working mine, www.southcrofty.co.uk.

Take the first exit to Camborne/Pool.

When you reach the junction turn left.

Go straight on at the first set of traffic lights

Upon reaching the second set traffic lights go straight on and following the signs to Four Lanes.

When you reach the crossroads oppsite The Queen Victoria public house turn right onto the Helston Road B3297.

Take the 2nd right into Loscombe Lane.

You will find the Bed and Breakfast 300 metres down on the left hand side.

Nearest Public House/Bar: Sportmans Arms  (3  Minutes Walk)

Nearest Railway Station: Redruth  (2.5  Miles)
