Bed and Breakfast Description

 

We are a family run bed and breakfast, with a background in high end hospitality. We pride ourselves on the extra special touches, customer service and high standards of cleanliness.

Limited free off road parking available & free wireless broadband. We have three lovely double rooms all with ensuites. All rooms come with freeview televisions, tea making facilities, towels, alarm clocks & hair dryers. We do allow children & babies. All of our rooms come with free use of all the fasilities at St Ives Leisure Centre, including two pools, gym & exercise classes.

Set on the north coast of Cornwall, St Ives is a stunning setting for your holiday whatever the time of year. The local area boasts activities for all ages with the town centre, beach & Tate Gallery beach only a 5 minute walk away. We are also within easy access of the bus & train station, just a 10 minute walk away or a 2 minute drive.

Cornwall is a stunning part of England & St Ives is the perfect place to explore it from.

The beaches in & around St Ives are lovely with there golden sands. Most have friendly cafes for snacks and lunchtime too. The town has a great collection of shops, from surf & lifestyle clothing to modern art galleries. It also boasts some wonderful dining experiences from bakers to fine dining restaurants. There are also some lovely coastal walks in the local area

B&B Location
 
From the main A30 road, take the A3074 into St Ives from the St Erth roundabout. After 100 metres, go straight over the first mini roundabout and left at the second, following the route into St Ives. Continue up this road for approximately 2.5 miles until you meet the T-junction. Turn right and head for St Ives. At the next T Junction, turn right toward the town centre. Continue straight over the double mini roundabout and head down the hill towards the town. At the next mini roundabout take a left turn up Bullans Lane. At the T-junction turn left and continue past the park, we are then on your right at number 8.

St Ives Train Station & St Ives Bus Station are just a 10 minute walk away or £3 taxi drive. Call Ace Cars on 01736 797799 to order your taxi.
