Bed and Breakfast Description

 

The Lilacs situated in the heart of the Essex countryside is a family run B&B. Accommodation comprises of one twin and one double room. Facilities include Central Heating, Tea/Coffee facilities, Colour TV, En-suite and Hair-Driers. Both our rooms are non Smoking. Other facilities available include a trousers press. Ground floor access to the twin room.

Breakfast served from 7.00- 9.00am. Prior to this a take away breakfast is provided. Breakfast is continental and consits of: Fruit juice, cereals, ham, cheese, hot rolls, croissants and tea or coffee. We do not have our own restaurant serving main meals but we recommend eating at the George. It's just minutes away and the food is superb. We can book a table for you if you request it at the time of booking.

 

Bishops Stortford Attractions

 
An alternative to the George is a short taxi ride to the town of Bishop's Stortford which has many bars and restaurants.
