Easy-going, informal and bursting with life, the Bull Hotel has been lovingly restored by owners Richard and Nikki Cooper, and oozes eclectic style and contemporary-rustic charm.
Head Chef Marc Montgommery formely of Marco Pierre Whites Talkhouse in Oxford runs a busy kitchen, baking all our bread, cakes and scones in-house and crafting a daily menu that lets the quality of our local produce shine. We serve canapés in the Venner Bar on Friday nights (another local institution) and our pretty courtyard garden, the original stable yard, decked out with bunting and fairy lights, is an idyllic setting for a light summer lunch or evening cocktail.
Our rooms are warm, inviting, unique, individual … some have vintage roll-top tubs, or grandstand views of Bridport street-life from original bay windows. Three have a four-poster bed. They range in size from a teeny single room to a vast family suite. They all feature glamorous signature wallpapers, deluxe king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, white black-out blinds, fine Egyptian cotton linen, robes, hospitality tray, and Neal's Yard toiletries in luxury en suite bathrooms. |
