Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Fairhaven is a working smallholding. The owners grow their own fruit and vegetables, collect fresh hen and duck eggs daily and also produce their own honey from hives in the pastures. All this fresh produce features heavily on the ever changing menu.

Fairhaven offer a traditional cooked English Breakfast , Vegetarian or "Waist Watcher" alternative. Home cooked 3 course evening meals and lunch boxes are available by prior arrangement.

All rooms benefit from satellite televison, tea & coffee making facilities and free wifi access (Dont forget your lap top!). There is a large guest lounge with sky television and a log fire for those chilly Autumn/Winters evenings.

Important Note: Due to health and safety concerns regarding our animals, bees and open ponds, Fairhaven is unfortunately not suitable for children and pets.

 

Gloucester Attractions

 
Situated in the heart of a farming community on the edge of the Forest of Dean, yet only 4 miles from the centre of the city of Gloucester. Fairhaven is the perfect location for both tourists and business people alike.

From the M5
Leave at junction 11. Head west on the A40 towards "Gloucester". At the roundabout turn right towards "Ross-on-Wye"and stay on the A40. Go straight over the next 3 roundabouts. After the third roundabout, go past the petrol station on the left. Pass Churcham Business Park also on the left. Turn right just before Churcham Primary School signposted "Bulley/Tibberton". After 300 yards turn left into Lake Lane. Fairhaven Guest House is the second property on the left identified by a brown fence and gates.

From the West A40
Follow the A40 eastbound through the village of "Huntley" towards "Gloucester". As you leave "Huntley" go past the petrol station on the left. Continue past the Kings Head on the righthand side. Go thorugh the hamlet of "Birdwood". Continue on the A40 for another mile and a half until you reach Churcham Primary School. Turn left just after Churcham Primary School signposted "Bulley/Tibberton". After 300 yards turn left into Lake Lane. Fairhaven guest House is the second property on the left identified by a brown fence and gates.
