Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Lyndhurst Guest House is situated Close to the north coast beaches of Portreath and Porthtowan. Martin and Sandy Smith-Potter and Irene, have strong connections with Cornwall and are familiar with local commerce and the community. Lyndhurst Guest House combines the elegance and spaciousness of the period in which it was built with the facilities required by today's guests, including free wifi.

There is car parking for five cars in the rear courtyard, though the entrance is narrow. Two larger vehicles can be accommodated "off road" at the front of the building. The dining room, in which you will enjoy a full English breakfast, typifies the standard of décor.

All the rooms are equipped with digital T.V. and tea and coffee making facilities, and most rooms have a bath or shower and toilet En-Suite. All the rooms have wash hand basins with hot and cold water. There is also a large guest lounge equipped with digital T.V. and an extensive library, providing a comfortable environment in which to recover from the exertions of the day.

 

Redruth Attractions

 
Its proximity to Camborne School of Mines and Barncoose Hospital, Camborne College and Pool Industrial Estate, means that Lyndhurst is ideally suited for the holiday maker and the business visitor to this beautiful, historic part of Cornwall.

The Eden Project, The Tate Gallery, ST Ives and the National Maritime Museum Cornwall can all be reached in less than an hours drive from the house.
