Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Alexandra & Will extend a warm welcome to all those choosing to holiday at the Quies Hotel Newquay in Cornwall. Our hotel is ideally situated for your holiday accommodation in Newquay, Cornwall being only a 2 minute walk from Newquay town centre, beaches, bus station, railway station and taxi ranks. Also Newquay airport is approximately 15 minutes drive from the hotel. The name 'Quies' relates to small islands which can be seen from the Hotel.

We have double, twin bedded, treble and family rooms plus a four poster for that special occasion. Facilities include full central heating, free access to wi-fi, colour tv, en-suites, and tea/coffee making facilities. Sea-view rooms are available and guests have own key for 24 hour access.

Our breakfast room which offers a wonderful view of Newquay Bay, compliments our comfortable lounge. Although there is no longer a bar, the Hotel is still licensed and doesn't have a corkage charge. We provide a full English Breakfast and vegetarians are catered for. Laundry facilities - subject to availability.

 

Newquay Attractions

 
Quies Hotel is centrally located in Newquay. The town has a host of shops, most opening to late hours in summer. The Trenance leisure area with boating lake, gardens, pools and zoo are also within walking distance, as are a mix of lively & quieter pubs, and all of Newquay's nightclubs offering an exciting night life.

Local attractions include Golf courses, fishing courses all nearby Blue wings surf school (bookings for lessons available), Paint balling, Swimming, Horse riding, Newquay zoo, Water World, Skateboard Park, Blue Reef Aquarium and Holywell Bay Fun Park.

M5 to Exeter.
Take A30 to Cornwall.
Stay on A30 till junction marked Highgate Hill for A39/A392 to Newquay and Indian Queens.
At roundabout take 3rd exit marked Newquay/Wadebridge.
At next roundabout marked ‘Halloon’ take 2nd exit for Newquay A392.
Follow signs to Newquay (at Quintrell Downs do not go over level crossing).
Go straight over roundabout and continue past Kings Head Pub and straight across next roundabout. Continue to mini roundabout at bottom of hill, (Trevemper Bridge) turn right, past Petrol Station.
At next large roundabout bear left. Go up hill and take the first right, go past the fire station and at the T junction turn right into Mount Wise.
At the first set of traffic lights turn left onto St Georges road and then an immediate right onto the small slip road follow the road to the end where you will see the car park. Quies Hotel car park is situated at the rear of the hotel.
