Bridlington Attractions

Bridlington has something to offer everyone. Set on the East coast and overlooking the vast expanse of Bridlington bay, the fabulous North and South Beaches boast Blue Flag and Seaside Awards. Promenades stretch into the distance in both directions.

Sewerby Hall and Gardens at the far end of the north beach looks southwards across the bay towards Hornsea. Open to the public and offering the Museum of East Yorkshire and the Amy Johnson collection as well as gardens and children’s zoo.

Visit the historical old town. Bridlington boasts one of Britain's most complete Georgian high streets, now its art, antique and food quarter. Stocks still stand in the market place and on the green stands St Mary's Priory Church, 1000 years old and once part of one of the largest and most important monasteries in Northern England.

There are five golf courses within a short drive making Bridlington an ideal place for a golfing break. The Bridlington Golf festival takes place in early May: Bridlington Golf Club Belvedere Road on the south side of town; Bridlington Links Golf Club on the Flamborough Road; Flamborough Head Golf Club in Lighthouse Road Flamborough; Hornsea Golf Club Rolston Road Hornsea; Filey Golf Club South Cliff Filey.
