Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Mergate Country Cottage B&B was opened 2 years ago after a complete refurbishment. The accommodation comprises of 2 spacious double bedrooms, a private guest sitting room and 2 large luxury bathrooms with power showers. The whole Suite is situated in one wing of the cottage and accessed from the cottage hallway by its own private staircase.

The bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities,bottled water, homemade biscuits, radio alarms, robes, hairdriers and a selection of toiletries. A flat screen TV, books and a selection of games are located in the private sitting room.

 

Wymondham Attractions

 
There are too many local attractions to mention them all here but please contact me for more information. There is also a guest information book in the rooms and also a book of my favourite days out which proves to be popular. Many fliers advertising local attractions are also in the sitting room
 

B&B Location
 
A11 Eastbound - Leave A11 at exit signed Mulbarton and Lotus Cars. Turn right at 1st island and straight on at 2nd island following the Mulbarton signs. In approx 5 mls turn left at T junction. Continue up the hill and at a sharp lefthand bend in the road marked with chevron boards turn right and immediately left into Mergate Lane. Mergate cottage is the 2nd pink cottage on the righthand side.

From A140 Northbound - turn left onto the B1113 Swardston and Mulbarton. At small island at Mulbarton straight on.
At sharp right bend marked with chevrons turn left and immediately left again into Mergate Lane.
