Unlike most Norfolk bed and breakfast establishments where you stay in the owners home this accommodation is in a separate 'new England style' single storey Norfolk cottage next to her home.

TripAdvisor Popularity Index Rated No. 3 out of 58 Bed and Breakfast in Norwich.

Being on one level is an advantage for those who have limited abilities. Set in the grounds of a large secluded garden, Little Willows is surrounded by fields with a woodland walk only minutes away. Just some of the reasons to stay in this wonderful boutique Norfolk bed and breakfast.

Little Willows offers two double bedrooms en suite. Each room has:

~ TV and clock radio
~ Hospitality tray comprising a kettle, china tea pot and cafetiere. A selection of teas, ground coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits.
~ Crisp white linen
~ Fluffy white towels
~ Deep feather duvet -non feather duvets and blankets should you prefer!
~ Hairdryer.
~ Complimentary shampoo and conditioners in each bathroom.
~ Plug for electric shaver.
~ There is an iron and ironing board in the hall cupboard.

Walkers (the famous Wherrymans Way is 2.6 miles away) and cyclists are welcome.

Pets (by prior arrangement) are also very welcome.

The Business Visitor ~ Free WiFi Internet and access to a scanner and printer (small fee to cover costs).

SELF CATERING The whole cottage is available for rent for self catering - minimum 4 nights at £140 per night. In addition there is a £100 Security deposit which is promptly refunded after the booking less any penalties for breakages and additional cleaning.

Little Willows is conveniently placed for exploring the many delights of East Anglia and within easy reach of the Broadland's waterways, the coastal resorts of Southwold, Walberswick and the dune-fringed beaches of the Norfolk coast, so loved by walkers and bird watchers at all times of the year. Holt, Blakeney and Burnham Market, Somerleyton Hall & Maze, Pensthorpe, Blickling Hall are just some of the visitor attractions.

1. Coming from Norwich take 146 Road going towards Lowestoft.

2. Get to the village of THURTON and as you drive through you will see second hand car sales garage on the right and a pub called the George and Dragon. Going out of the village you pass a yellow traffic camera on the right

3. Nursery Road is the THIRD turning on the RIGHT after the petrol station and traffic camera. Please count carefully as in the dark it is easy to miss the turning.

4. Be careful to note that the first turning is not signposted and a matter of yards from the traffic camera and you may miss it.

5. When you have turned right into Nursery Road go a few yards along the lane and the entrance to Willow Cottage (a pink cottage) and LITTLE WILLOWS is down a short drive on the left. Please do not be put off by the closed 5 bar gate – just open the gate and drive in.

PLEASE NOTE ~ My house is not in Chedgrave which is on the other side of the 146 so do not turn left into Loddon or Chedgrave.
