Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Julie and Steve Lum have recently acquired 6 Dacre Street in Morpeth, and have transformed the accommodation into a place that you want to stay in - a home from home. A notch up from the typical rural B&B, Castle View combines the advantages of being located just off the main A1, close to Newcastle with beauty and splendour of Northumberland’s breathtaking scenery on our doorstep.

Due to the shape and design of our home, each room at Castle View is unique - save for one thing; each room oozes quality. Castle View offers 2 large deluxe rooms and one double room, all with en suite bathrooms and one twin room with private bathroom. All rooms offer tea/coffee making facilities, TV, CD, DVD players and hairdryers. Ironing facilities are available on request.

We have recently refurbished every room at Castle View to meet our own very high standards. But that does not mean we are expensive - far from it, you will find Castle View to be as affordable as any other B&B in the area. We will also soon have free wireless internet access available in every room of the building. Just think you can take your laptop, access your email and enjoy the sites of Northumberland.

 

Morpeth Attractions

 
Morpeth is a great place to visit - there are many attractions in Morpeth but it is also central to the county of Northumberland. From here you can visit many of the UK's most treasured attractions, such as: Hadrian’s Wall, The Angel of the North, Alnwick Castle & Gardens, Kielder Forest, Newcastle and the Metro Centre.
