The Grange at Waye Farm was converted from a working granary and is conveniently situated on the edge of the A379, between Modbury and Yealmpton, 9 miles from Plymouth, not far from the coastline and the Dartmoor Park. The Grange is the ideal location from which to explore the stunning coastline of south Devon, its estuaries, inlets and rivers, and the wild rugged moor land of the Dartmoor National Park.
The en-suite accommodation is adjacent to the house, with independent access to your rooms at any time. The bedrooms are comfortable, quiet, charming and have views overlooking the countryside. Twin or double have en-suite shower rooms, with colour television and hostess tray. An extra Z bed can be added in all bedrooms. Hair dryer, iron and board on request.
We provide ample parking space for guests and have large grounds. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the accommodation. The rooms are “NON SMOKING”.
We do not provide evening meals, but we are happy to recommend local pubs and restaurants nearby. If breakfast is NOT required, a tariff reduction will apply. |

Main towns: Plymouth and its National Marine Aquarium and the Barbican, Totnes, Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Newton Abbot, Buckfasleigh and Tavistock.
Beaches and inlets: Newton Ferrers, Noss Mayo, Mothecombe Beach, Bigbury-on-Sea, Thurlestone, Hope Cove, Salcombe estuary, Torcross, Slapton Sands and Blackpool Sands.
National Trust sites: Saltram, Buckland Abbey, Cotehele, Overbecks Museum. Worth a visit are Buckfast Abbey and Mount Edgecombe house and gardens. There are a wide range of attractions parks and walks for the ramblers, and numerous golf courses nearby.
The CORNISH County is reached within 20 minutes drive and The EDEN PROJECT is approximately 70 minutes away. |
