Welcome to The Ropewalk Bed and Breakfast hospitality. We provide a family run, friendly, alternative accommodation to life in a hotel. The Ropewalk is situated in a leafy road on the A151 within 5 minutes walking distance of Spalding town centre, railway station, shops and various restaurants.
We offer a high standard of accommodation. Our three double rooms have en-suites, wireless internet access, TV/DVD, tea and coffee making facilities. Our extensive breakfast menu (continental or full English) is sourced locally wherever possible.
Parking is available on site for up to five cars. Guests are invited to enjoy the peace and quiet of our walled patio garden. There is also a grassed area for your use.
Our accommodation consists of 3 double rooms:-
1 large en-suite family room on 2nd floor containing a king size bed, a single bed, a sofa, flat screen TV/DVD, wireless internet access, hairdryer, small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
2 double en-suite rooms on 1st floor, one with a king size bed, one with double bed. Both contain flat screen TV/DVD, wireless internet access, hairdryer, small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
A twin room with exclusive use of a bathroom may be available as an alternative to a double if required.
Our guests also have full use of the lounge with TV and DVD and a selection of DVDs for all ages.
Other facilities include a trouser press, iron and ironing board, various books, use of a treadmill and exercise bicycle. A child’s cot and high chair can be provided.
A full English or Continental Breakfast is served in the dining room between 7.30am and 9.00am, Monday to Friday and between 8.00am and 9.30am at week-ends. However these times may be flexible by arrangement. |
