Our Grade II Listed Boutique Hotel and contemporary Serviced Apartments achieve a rare combination of elegant simplicity, character, delicious food and friendly, professional staff with an unswerving commitment to customer care.
At Netherstowe House we care deeply about the quality of our food and the quality of service you experience. Real quality, we believe, is great tasting food that is produced with consideration for the environment, care for animal welfare and respect for the people who work with us to supply it. We are proud to source all our meat and free range eggs from local suppliers. Our four acre site also includes free car parking, complementary WiFi, conference facilities, mature gardens and a private gymnasium.
All 12 rooms at this Grade II Listed Boutique Hotel are ensuite and have been individually restored to combine traditional elegance and luxury with modern amenities. They have a colour flat screen television, tea / coffee making facilities with organic Earl Grey and Fairtrade refreshment options and complementary chocolates. The rooms are smart but relaxed with good powerful showers, fresh crisp linen, pure white towels and L’Occitane toiletries.
Breakfast is prepared by Head Chef using locally sourced ingredients and served in the dining room every morning with both cooked and continental breakfast options on offer. You can also utilise additional public rooms during your stay such as the tranquil reading room with comfy sofa's and daily newspapers or the private gymnasium with a selection of industry standard equipment. |

Netherstowe House is ideally located for both business and leisure guests as it lies within the midlands high speed road connections to the whole of the UK via the M6 Toll, M42, A5 and the A38 with the National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham City Centre being only 20 minutes away. Airports are easy to access with Birmingham International Airport only 20 minutes away and Nottingham East Midlands Airport 40 minutes drive away.

As you approach Lichfield, just after Streethay Boat Yard, take the A5127 (Lichfield Industrial Estate). You will pass The Anchor public house on your right and Trent Valley Train Station on your left. At the traffic island, turn right onto A5192 Eastern Avenue. Continue approximately 0.3 miles until you reach a pedestrian crossing lights. Turn right onto Netherstowe Lane. Take the first left sign posted The Mill Pond and take the right fork down a private drive. The Old Coach House is the first property you will see. Carry on straight down the driveway, passing The Old Coach House on the right hand side. Parking to the left and right for both Netherstowe House and Netherstowe House Mews.
From A38 (South)
Follow A38 Lichfield. As you approach the roundabout turn right onto the A38 to Burton-Upon-Trent. Do not follow signs for the City Centre. Take the next slip road for Lichfield A5192. At T-junction turn left onto the A5192. At both islands go straight ahead onto Eastern Avenue, signposted Rugeley (A51)/Trent Valley Industrial Estate. Continue approximately 0.3 miles until you reach a pedestrian crossing lights. Turn right onto Netherstowe Lane. Take the first left sign posted The Mill Pond and take the right fork down a private drive. The Old Coach House is the first property you will see. Carry on straight down the driveway, passing The Old Coach House on the right hand side. Parking to the left and right for both Netherstowe House and Netherstowe House Mews.
