Our establishment is fitted with central heating throughout. We have on-site parking. Smoking is not permitted in the establishment. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have TV.

Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Derwent House, is situated in the unspoilt and protected area of the Climping Gap, with loads of history, local is the Black Horse Inn, with very good food, the upmarket Bailiffs Court Hotel.

There are two guest bedrooms offering accommodation for four people.

Bedroom 1 has a four poster bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have flat screen televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. A full English ‘hearty’ breakfast, or a ‘healthy’ option breakfast, with locally sourced produce is served at a sociably shared table in our Dining Room with wood burning stove in winter. Our Garden Room is available to guests and also our attractive gardens where breakfast can be taken on the Terrace (weather permitting).

There is plenty to do and see and Julia and Jon will give you a very warm welcome. Log Fires in Autumn to Spring, special deals for longer stays. Just ask.

Littlehampton Attractions

 
The historic city of Arundel with its fairy tale castle is 4 miles away.

Chichester with all its Roman History and its great shopping is only 8 miles away, with accesss to the nature reserve of the Chichester Harbour.

The South Downs can be seen from Derwent House, with its forests, walks, small villages leading to fabulous Goodwood, Goodwood House, the Horse Racing, the outdoor sculpture park, the Goodwood Golf Courses, there are two.
