Our newly refurbished hotel is comfortably furnished, with all bedrooms offering en-suite facilities and WIFI internet access, many rooms with commanding views across the town to the countryside and estuary beyond. In an ideal location, set back from the town centre, the shops, beach and cliff path can all be accessed within five minutes walk of the hotel, making The Hansard House Hotel an excellent choice for the discerning visitor. Hansard House has received the AA 4 Yellow Stars Highly Commended award for 2007 and 2008. This award is for guest accommodation reaching the top 10% within their star rating for overall quality.
Hansard House Hotel has four double rooms, six twin rooms and two single, all en-suite, we can ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Family room available. First floor rooms served by a lift. We are able to offer full provision for the disabled.

The High Street has a good range of shops and a selection of pubs, coffee shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. While for the history of the town and special exhibitions visit the ever-popular Fairlynch Museum.
The Budleigh pebble beach is home to traditional fishing boats, family outings, geological treasures, breathtaking views and one of Britain’s oldest naturist beaches. The Otter estuary is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and home to a multitude of bird-life all year around.
Nearby Towns include Exmouth with it’s long sandy beach, shopping and nightlife and Sidmouth renowned for the International Folk Festival. Visit the cathedral city of Exeter, with its Roman past, museums, theatres, university and shopping centres only 30 minutes by car. |

Directions: Leaving the M5 at junction 30, take the A376 to Exmouth, turning right at the first roundabout. At the next roundabout turn left, following the signs to Budleigh Salterton and Woodbury. After passing through the village of Woodbury, turn right up the hill, then right at the T-junction.
Follow the road past the Exmouth turnings, until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit, straight on into Budleigh Salterton, North View Road is the 6th turning on the right, sign posted 'Hotel'. Take the left hand fork and Hansard House Hotel is 200m on the left.
