Susan and Barry are here to welcome all old and new customers to their B&B, and will endeavour to make your stay, whether long or short, as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Our Guest house thrives on the friendly service and clean & sweet smelling rooms. Most guests return time after time.
Room facilities include complimentary
tea & coffee, television, central heating and hairdryer. Most rooms are en-suite. Iron & ironing boards are available on request. We have a no smoking policy throughout. Children are welcome, but we do not supply cots or high chairs for babies. Pets are not accepted.Most diets are catered for on request .

There are historical buildings , the marina and the Mayflower steps, where the Pilgrim Father left for America . We also have a wonderful National Marine Aqarium ,museum , cinemas and night clubs. Plymouth also has a great University .
We also have the cross channel ferry , with services to France and Spain. |

| From duel carriage way , turn off at Plymouth city centre exit ,come down the ramp ,branch left at traffic lights on A374 for about 1.5 miles to roundabout ,branch left down the hill towards city centre,this is Exeter Street.Come through 2 set of lights then branch off left into Bretonside, to mini roundabout ,go left, follow road to second set of lights ,through lights ,go left up hill on Hoe Approach Road, at top go right ,this is Citadel Road,go up to junction ,cross junction ,we are on the right 4th house along with black and white stripe canope.
