We are situated in a quiet side street only 100 yards from the seafront and only three minutes walk from Paignton town centre with its wide range of shops, restaurants, pubs and other popular attractions. Children over the age of 12 are welcomed. Although we offer limited parking on the hotel forecourt, there is also ample unrestricted on-street parking.
There are eight rooms at The Beresford, 7 doubles and 1 twin/double. All rooms have the following facilities digital television, a selection of reading material, hairdryer, sewing kit, tea and coffee, adjustable thermostatic valve on your radiator, biscuits & sweets in case of an attack of "the munchies, bedside radio/alarm clock, razor point, some tourism literature, tissues, soap, washcloths, shower gel, and a bed sheet in case it is too warm for the duvet.
Other Facilities offered are a comfortable guest lounge with colour, TV & a selection of games, a coin-operated telephone in the entrance hall, a comprehensive selection of tourist information in the downstairs hallway, an iron & ironing board, shoe cleaning materials available on request and packed lunches at £4.00 per person. |
