Arran Lodge BED & BREAKFAST

Joanne and Michael Woolman have taken over the Arran Lodge and have been working hard refurbishing the guest house to make your stay a more pleasant and comfortable one, whether you are coming to Torquay through work or pleasure. We are looking forward to welcoming previous guests as well as new ones.

Arran lodge is open all year. It is centrally heated throughout and offers 6 affordable luxury en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 13 guests. If you would like to have the sole use of the guest house with friends or family then please phone to check availability. WI-FI is available free of charge. Rooms are equipped with a modern 22" flatscreen digital freeview television. Hairdryers are also provided. Our generous hospitality trays contain brand named Tea, Coffee, and Hot Chocolate along with luxury biscuits for you to enjoy. They are replenished daily if you are staying for more than 1 night. Bedrooms are also cleaned daily, towels are usually changed every 3 days and bedding is usually changed weekly.

Room choices include: Bedroom 1 - Single en-suite luxury bedroom, Bedroom 2 - Spacious double en-suite luxury bedroom which can convert to a family or twin bedded room, Bedroom 3 - Spacious double en-suite luxury bedroom which can convert to a family or twin bedded room, Bedroom 4 - Single luxury bedroom with its own private shower room next door, Bedroom 5 - Single en-suite luxury bedroom and Bedroom 6 - Family en-suite luxury bedroom with a double and a single bed. An extra bed or cot can be added.

Guests have their own keys to come and go as they please. There is free parking to the front of the house, also there are no parking restrictions on the road. Sorry we do not allow pets. Smoking is prohibited in the guest house; however, there is a seating area outside to the front of the house with ashtrays.
