Welcome to St Anne's School House - a beautiful Victorian house situated in a quiet area just yards away from the heart of this historic market town, offering you the perfect base for exploring Woodbridge and the surrounding areas. During your stay, you can enjoy all the comforts of home in one of our charming guest rooms. All rooms are non-smoking, Children are welcome but we have no facilities for babies. We have ample off-street parking, and Woodbridge Railway Station is under five minutes away. We are just minutes away from the main A12 road routes - which offer easy access to London, Cambridge, Norwich etc. Closer to home, Woodbridge offers a wealth of history and beauty to explore, as well as a host of eating and drinking choices, from Chinese and Indian to traditional English via Italy and Malaysia!
We have a family/double room, one double and one twin room - all comfortable, stylish and well-maintained. Each room is complete with television, hairdryer, wi-fi, and tea/coffee-making facilities and private or en-suite bathrooms. Lesley Terry, who owns St Anne’s House, is also a partner in the Woodbridge Natural Healing Centre - which offers a range of natural therapies and beauty treatments, and is only minutes away from St Anne’s House.
