Wizards Thatch has two self contained luxurious 5 star suites filled with sumptuous leather furniture, antique prints, and each room has its own indulgent character – having a unique location tucked away less than a minute from the centre of Alderley Edge.
The Camelot Suite ~ This enchanting room with opulent red leather upholstery and antique furniture has rich dark Arabian red walls displaying many antique prints, 18th Century original newspapers, old stone flagons and other interesting collectibles.
An offshoot of the lounge away from the thick piled gold carpet is an old flagstone ginnel. This has a dining area which can also be used as a working area with complimentary WiFi internet access.
The lounge houses a LCD TV, DVD player with a fabulous film library, CD player and CD collection, and there is dimmable lighting to suit the mood.
The master bedroom boasts one of the largest beds in the County, a magnificent 7 foot long by 6 foot wide 4 poster bed draped in red and gold tapestries. With over 200 separate parts this 'Kerry' Monster is the creation of a true craftsman.
There is a small cloakroom (wc and hand basin) off the bedroom. Across the landing is the bathroom, painted in burnt ginger with an antique floor made from old pews, with luxurious bathrobes, towels, slippers, hairdryer & a fine selection of toiletries.
The Merlin Suite ~ The Lounge has half timbered walls which are decorated in golds, reds, blues, browns and creams! For your enjoyment there is a flat screen TV with freeview, DVD (with good film library), CD player (with discs), a DAB radio with iPod docking station and complimentary WiFi iinternet.
In the bedroom which has a heavily beamed there is a 4 poster double bed draped in red and gold tapestries.
Adjacent is an ensuite bathroom with large shower along with luxurious bathrobes, towels, complimentary slippers, hairdryer & a fine selection of toiletries. |
