Ideally located for business guests needing a quiet stay in central Ipswich. The rooms, available on a Bed and Breakfast basis, are centrally heated with radiators each having individual thermostats. All rooms have flat screen televisions with 79 freeview channels, DVD and CD players, silent fridges, radio/alarm clocks and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.
Free Wi-Fi high speed internet (WPA encryption) access is available in all rooms. Additionally, a communal PC is available for guest use. Varied breakfasts can be cooked to order, Non smoking. We are a member of the Ipswich Hotel Association. |

Approaching Ipswich from the North or Midlands:
Via A14 take the first exit signed for Ipswich West and North. A1156 and follow this road for 2 miles approximately until you come to a double mini roundabout. Take the left exit towards Woodbridge and continue up this road for approximately 200 yards, take the right turn into Graham avenue, at 'T' junction turn left. Follow the road around and you are now on Constitution Hill, Alpine Villa is on the right hand side number 29.
Approaching from Ipswich South or London Direction Via A12:
At the A12/A14 interchange (notice Toys'r'us) go straight across the roundabout (A1214). Keep on this road for approx half a mile, turn left after Sainsburys filling station. Through 2 sets of traffic lights to a double mini-roundabout. Go straight across towards Woodbridge and take the right turn into Graham avenue, at 'T' junction turn left. Follow the road around and you are now on Constitution Hill, Alpine Villa is on the right hand side number 29.
