Our establishment is fitted with central heating throughout. All or some rooms have ensuite facilities. Garden and/or patio area for guests Hairdryers are available in rooms or on request. We have on-site parking. We have a residents lounge.
There are scenic walks in the surrounding area. Smoking is not permitted in the establishment. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have TV. Our BNB is a working farm.

Elaine and Bill Hemingway welcome you to Hall Farm, a family run arable and beef farm. We are three miles from Castle Howard and only two miles from Sheriff Hutton (home of Richard III).

Museums - Ryedale Folk Museu, York Castle Museum National Railway Museum; Lightwater Valley - theme park with shopping facilities - 20 miles; Famingo Park - theme park and zoo - 15 miles; Towns - Helmsley, Whitby, Scarborough, Malton, Pickering; Abbeys - Rievaulx, Fountains Abbey; Castles - Helmsley, Pickering, Scarborough & Halls - Newby, Beninbrough, Nunnington, Hovingham.

Turn off the A.64 for the village of Flaxton, go through the village, over the level crossing take the second right after the level crossing for High Stittenham and Bulmer, go to the T junction, turn right, after 200 yds turn left for High Stittenham, Hall Farm is the Farm which meets you at the top of this lane.
