We look forward to welcoming you to our family run hotel where you will find comfortable accommodation, great atmosphere and good home cooking. Come and stay in any one of our 10 en-suite rooms or family room. The Berkswell prides itself on a high standard. Your comfort is our priority and we will make every attempt to make your stay enjoyable, with great service and friendliness.

All rooms have En-Suite Shower Rooms, TV in all the bedrooms. Ironing, Hairdryers, Radio Alarm and Tea & Coffee making facilities and are Centrally heated and double glazed for your comfort. All rooms have safes.(Travel Cots, Baby Mat, Bath, Fridge and Baby monitors area all available at no extra cost, we do ask you to bring your own baby's bedding).

Breakfast is served between 09.00 - 09.45 and includes a choice of branded cereals, jams and marmalade, choice of hot breakfasts, including full English, Tea/Coffee/Juices. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know when making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. We also offer a Freshly prepared, home cooked evening meal as an optional extra. Our bar area is ideal for you to relax in after a full day out in Blackpool and offers a good selection of wines, beers and spirits.
