At the foot of the Nant FFrancon pass in the Ogwen valley, arguably one of the most beautiful valleys in Wales.

This unique watermill has been converted to give an indulgent 21st Century feel, set in its own grounds with 2 rivers tumbling down from the Glyder & Carneddau mountains. Stylish, modern & comfortable.

The atmosphere is relaxed, informal and friendly. It is the little things that make the difference, like the care and attention we devote to your needs, no matter how great or small.

Set 200m from the nearest road, you can be assured of peace and tranquillity. To ensure our guests are not disturbed we only accept advance bookings & have no signs at the entrance.

All rooms with Tea/Coffee/Chocolate, fresh milk, fruit & biscuits.
Arrival is between 3.00pm & 10.00pm / departure 11.00am

 

Bangor Attractions

 
A host of outdoor activities can be experienced nearby, from gentle walking to mountaineering and water sports (watch the canoeists come down the river). There are a number of footpaths and cycle tracks on our doorstep, fishing for salmon and trout is very popular on the River Ogwen.
Ideally located for a stunning holiday in beautiful north Wales with direct access to the rivers OGWEN and GALEDFFRWD.

The nearest beach is 15 minutes by car and an excellent sandy beach within 30 minutes.
The towns of CONWAY,BANGOR,CAERNARFON & LLANDUDNO are a short drive away as is the village of llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogochuchaf on the isle of ANGLESEY,
For serious walkers LLANBERIS and SNOWDEN are just over the hill.
BETWS-Y-COED is a 15 mile drive south through the stunning NANT FFRANCON PASS
Even a day trip to IRELAND from HOLYHEAD is managable.
