Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Tudor House is pleasantly situated between Wesley House and an old public house called The Three Fishes which is a non smoking establishment. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Tudor House, the place to stay for that special break or a stress free business trip - Shrewsbury's finest.

We have double or twin rooms available and our prices include include full English breakfast. Tudor House also a non smoking residence.

Parking is not a problem - after dropping off your luggage, drive down to the Abbey secure car park. Payment is £2 for day/evening and is next to the famous Abbey church / Brother Cadfael site.

 

Shrewsbury Attractions

 
With black and white buildings and cobblestone street everywhere you look, Shrewsbury is a magnet to so many visitors. Wool merchants of the 15th and 16th centuries known as "The Drapers" left us an incredible legacy of splendid timber mansions. The town dates back to before AD901 and has retained it's medieval street pattern with a maze of 'shuts' and passages.

Tudor House is one of over 660 listed buildings including the Norman Abbey and medieval castle and the wonderful Victorian Railway Station.

Guided tours and trails help visitors to enjoy and see the best thus making the most of our lovely county town.

Shrewsbury's swimming pool and fitness centre are situated in the famous quarry hosting relaxing saunas and steam rooms. Fancy a game of golf?
