Welcome to Katie's! We offer guests an English or Continental breakfast, with off-street parking and close to all amenities. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the dining area and a laundry service is also available.

We have a twin bedded room with en suite, two twin bedded rooms with guest bathroom and a single room with guest bathroom. So whether it’s for work, a weekend break, or a longer stay, we are well situated for all your needs and you can always be sure of a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere at Katie’s.

 

Broxbourne Attractions

 
Hertfordshire is an increasingly popular place to live, and not just because of its close proximity to London. The county has so much more to offer other than a quick commute to our capital city. Hertfordshire really does has something for everyone, from beautiful estates and gardens, to animal parks, museums and wide open spaces. Here are some suggestions for a great day out in Hertfordshire:

Paradise Wildlife Park, Broxbourne - a great day out for all the family where you can get surprisingly close to all your favourite wild animals.

Walter Rothschild Zoological Museum, Tring - This unusual collection of animals and insects is well worth a visit. The giant anaconda is probably the highlight of the show although there is a great deal to see.

Knebworth House, Knebworth - one of the finest buildings in Hertfordshire and in recent times it has been the site of many huge music concerts.

Katie’s is very accessible – only 2 mins from the A10 and 5 mins from the M25, junction 25. We are also close to the M11 and so offer easy access to North London, Herts and Essex. Cheshunt and Broxbourne stations, with fast links to London and Stansted, are only 5 mins away.

Head southeast on A1(M) toward Exit 7

At junction 1, exit toward S Mimms 0.2 mi
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the M25 ramp to Stansted/Dartford/M11/Potters Bar/M20 0.4 mi

At junction 25, take the A10 exit to Hatfield/Enfield 0.3 mi
