Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Our home which is built on a hillside has an elevated position with the entrance hall below and the lounge, dining room and bedrooms above. The garden to the front has mature trees and shrubs and a large lawn and can be enjoyed from some of the bedrooms and the balcony. Our four star rooms comprise three double en-suite rooms and one twin bedded room which has private facilities. We also have a residents lounge and a heated indoor pool.

 

Hope Valley Attractions

 
We recommend the following as places where we like to eat. It is advisable to book particularly at weekends.

The Poachers Arms ~ Situated in Hope, The Poachers Arms has very nice surroundings and good food. It's about five minutes in the car.

The Rising Sun Hotel ~ is excellent for special occasions, has a homely feel, but is more like restaurant food in an informal atmosphere. The food ranges from roasts and homemade pies to duck, steak and a good variety of fish. Bear in mind you usually start with a warm loaf and butter, so you may not need a starter. It's about a five minute car journey from us.
