Jean & Ivan look forward to seeing you and Warm Welcome awaits at the Grafton. We have 5 chalet Style rooms on the ground floor for families or couples, all having en-suite facilities, T.V. tea and coffee making items plus fridges.

Join us in the evening in our inviting Oasis Bar - cool in the summer and warm out of season. Relax and meet new friends while enjoying a quiet drink at the end of the day.

All of our bedrooms are clean and cosy plus our Four Poster Suite is a must for Honeymooners, Wedding Anniversary, Any Special Occation or a Romantic Break in or out of season. Expect a touch of elegance to your bedroom surroundings.

Guest Comment:
Jean and Ivan at The Grafton made us very welcome. They had set aside ground floor rooms for my disabled parents, with my room next door. Nothing was too much trouble and "service with a smile" was provided from breakfast till the bar closed. The rooms were clean and homely with lots of little extras, such as kitchen roll to dry up your cups, tissues, a fridge and lots more. We hope to visit again next spring.

Skegness Attractions

 
The Grafton is situated in a quiet location close to all amenities. We are just a couple of minutes walk to the Suncastle, Bowling Greens and for golfers, the North Shore Golf Course. The beach is just a stones throw away, at the top of Seaview Road. The Grafton comprises 13 en-suite letting rooms, 7 of which are located on the ground floor and are ideal for those who have difficulty in managing stairs.

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Proceed straight over the traffic lights at the Junction of A158 (Ship Hotel on the right side). Take the first turning right into Seaview Road. The Grafton Hotel is on the left side after about 300 yards.

From Lincoln (A158):
Turn left at the the traffic lights at the Junction of A52 shortly after Skegness Football Ground (Ship Hotel on the opposite side). Take the first turning right into Seaview Road. The Grafton Hotel is on the left side after about 300 yards.
