We provide clean, comfortable accommodation just 10 minutes walk from the Sherwood Forest Visitors Centre. Each room is beautifully decorated with en-suite facilities, colour T.V., tea/coffee making facilities, with shampoo, shower gels and towels provided.
We provide a varied menu for breakfast incuding cereals, fresh fruit and locally sourced bacon and sausages from the village butcher.
We have two rooms on the ground floor, which are ideal for those with walking difficulties. We also have a double room upstairs. We have a very private garden for guests to enjoy their refreshing cup of tea or coffee on arrival, or to read a newspaper in peace after a long drive.(Weather permitting of course).
For the more energetic guests, we have a secure cycle lock-up.
For a small extra cost we can add that special something if you are celebrating a birthday or wedding anniversary.
If you are likely to need a taxi, just let us know and we can arrange that for you.
For 2011 all our rooms have been completely renovated to include flat screen digital TV's.
We also have work stations for our business guests to use their laptops.
We are ideally situated for Sherwood Pines, Clumber Park, Rufford Park, and have lots of National Trust properties within easy reach.
