Kingsley is a family run, non-smoking, guest house where a warm welcome awaits you. For both relaxation and convenience, Kingsley Guest House is in the ideal location. Leave your car in our private car park and take one of many buses, which stop at the gate, to take you quickly into the city centre to visit the many tourist attractions in Edinburgh.
We are delighted that so many guests return and one of our greatest pleasures is welcoming back familiar faces and meeting new guests who have been recommended by their friends.
Kingsley Guest House was built in 1898 and blends traditional Edinburgh stone and architecture with comfortable, contemporary furnishings.
We also have the rare commodity of off-road parking in our private car-park.
Breakfast ~ A delicious, wholesome, full Scottish Breakfast is served in our bright, spacious, dining room. Vegetarian and other special diets are catered for.
Our Rooms ~ There are just five bedrooms, all decorated individually to maintain the original charm of this wonderful property, whilst providing modern amenities. Each of our rooms is decorated and furnished to a high standard, and all take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings and views. All rooms have colour TV, wireless internet connection, hairdryer & tea and coffee making facilities. |
