Swimming pool available for use of guests.

Completely refurbished for 2009 season with Farrow & Ball wallcoating

Breakfast in delightful conservatory overlooking garden featured in Sussex Life and Amateur Gardening. TV and Tea Making Facilities in all guestrooms.

Butlers Farmhouse will be found a quarter of a mile down Butlers Lane 300 yards after a sharp left hand turn
