All or some rooms have private bathrooms. Our BNB is a local building of historic interest. We accept payment in cash. All or some rooms have ensuite facilities. Hairdryers are available in rooms or on request. We're sorry, we do not accept pets.
We have on-site parking. There are scenic walks in the surrounding area. Smoking is not permitted in the establishment. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have TV.

For a warm welcome you are invited to come and stay with Liz and Rob Brownsdon in these wonderful Worcestershire surroundings.

Whether you are looking for a quite break in the beautiful Cotswold countryside or for somewhere to stay on business that is great value and close to all the major cities in the midlands, we offer bed & breakfast (b&b) accommodation that will delight you.

The Dining room is in the oldest part of the house with original beams and flagstone floors. Individual tables ensure that our guests can enjoy their breakfast in relative privacy. The comfortably appointed Sitting room has a colour television and a good selection of books and games.

Three of the four individually styled berooms have en suite facilities- 2 twin and 1 double, with the remaining double bedroom having private bath/shower room. There are colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarms and hair dryers provided in each room.

We are a non smoking establishment. Off road parking is available in the rear courtyard. Children are welcome by arrangement but whilst we love pets, they're best left at home. We are open all year round.

An ideal base for visiting Worcester, Stratford, Malvern, Cheltenham and the Cotswolds

Worcester ( 8 miles) - With its Cathedral, Civil War Museum, Racecourse, County Cricket Ground and the home of Royal Worcester Porcelain and its Museum and retail outlet.

Pershore (2 miles) - Georgian market town with riverside walks and Norman Abbey. Cinema, theatre and a good choice of quality restaurants and shops

Cheltenham ( 15 miles) Regency Spa town, Racecourse and Shopping centre

Stratford upon Avon (16 miles) - Shakespeare's Birthplace, Theatres, Racecourse and Shopping centre

Malvern (14 miles) - renowned for its Hills, Theatre and Three Counties Showground

The Cotswolds - Broadway, Chipping Campden, Stow on the Wold and Morton in Marsh all within close proximity
