Warner's Farm is set in it's own delightful gardens with a large natural fish pond complete with island. The grounds are teaming with wildlife and provides an idyllic tranquil environment to enjoy and unwind. The documents we have on Warner's date back to 1630. The house was built beside an old Roman road (now a footpath) and with the natural spring on the land, it is likely to have been the site for early settlements.
In the house we have 2 luxurious en-suite double bedrooms, 1 en-suite twin bedroom. There are also 2 new very spacious garden rooms, king or twin, with ensuite wet-rooms. Without steps, they are suitable for those with mobility problems and wheelchair users. The Garden rooms have a quality sofa bed and are suitable as family rooms. Each room has a colour TV, refreshment tray, hairdryer, bathrobes, fridge, and toiletries. Delicious breakfasts, full English or Continental are served using local produce and home baked bread etc. Guests have the use of the drawing room, dining room, swimming pool, summer house, pond, island and garden. |
